Digital Pen Library Utility
What is it for?
Document libraries contain the pdf, metadata and ink stoke information related to every document you have printed for use with a digital pen. These libraries keep growing as you print out more documents, introducing the need to archive libraries that contain only "closed" documents (documents with ink that are unlikely to be written on again). You can start a new library for newly printed documents, but when is it safe to archive the old document library ?

The Digital Pen Library Utility displays information about your document library that can help you decide!
Chances are your digital pen came with a document management application such as Talario's xpaper or Rover Ink's ink2docs. These document management applications let you "delete" printed documents, which removes the document from the application but in fact does not remove them from the library. These "deleted" documents in the document library correspond to a printed document that may be floating around somewhere in your company, but your document management application no longer shows it.
The digital Pen Library Utility displays how many documents without ink are in the library, what the document names are and when they were printed. That lets you decide whether it's safe to archive your document library or you must keep it around waiting for ink.
